Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor or workspace
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings

Requirements:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Being open to improve consistently through ongoing training and staying up to date with current customer service standards.
