At Stretch Zone, we prioritize health and well-being. As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to help clients achieve their goals through our unique practitioner-assisted stretching membership model. This is a part time position with evenings and Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone
- Deliver exceptional customer service – greet clients with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns
- Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless client experience
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques
Qualifications
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- We offer in-depth training and support.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- High School dipolma with some college preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays, some mornings and some evening schedules.

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
