About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SALES TERRITORY MANAGER to sell manufacturing equipment into industrial and production environments. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of manufacturing clients, drive new business, and serve as a consultative partner delivering tailored equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accounts within a defined territory, focusing on both new business and existing relationships
  • Conduct product demos, site visits, and technical presentations
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing/contracts, and maintain detailed CRM records
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver full-cycle solutions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and equipment technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience selling capital equipment or machinery into manufacturing environments
  • Strong technical aptitude and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient with CRM tools and forecasting
  • Willingness to travel regionally (25%)
