What You'll Be Doing
Learn and support ready-mix concrete sales, dispatch, and customer service activities.
Perform quality control testing and inspections to help ensure product compliance and performance standards.
Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Build relationships with customers, operations teams, and production personnel to support business objectives.
Analyze sales and quality data, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
Pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, sales, marketing, quality control, business, or has an interest in these areas of study or business
Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and apply them in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound recommendations.
Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the capability to learn industry-specific systems and processes.
Work Environment
Combination of office, laboratory, and outdoor work environments.
Regular interaction with customers, production teams, and operational personnel.
Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment in plant and jobsite settings.
Occasional travel within the assigned market area may be required.
