Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Lead and facilitate our immersive 3-week New Hire Sales Training program
· Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in-field observations, and one-on-one feedback sessions
· Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology
· Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field
· Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism
· Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis
· Help innovate and evolve training programs to support company growth and scalability
· Manage classroom logistics including schedules, materials, rosters, communication, and training coordination
· Inspire others to embrace learning, coaching, and personal development
· Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
· Ability to build trust and credibility with both new hires and experienced sales professionals
· Strong communication and presentation skills in both classroom and virtual environments
· Confidence delivering constructive feedback while motivating improvement
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in B2C direct sales, outside sales, or related field with proven performance results
· 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or facilitation
· Experience leading engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings
· Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a track record of improving performance
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales/training technology tools
· Valid driver’s license required
· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Sales Trainer will receive an annual base salary
· Sales Trainer will receive monthly bonus
· Paid vacation will be based off the company tenure guidelines
