Our client, a rapidly growing professional organization, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Sales Trainer to lead and strengthen its remote phone sales training program.
This position is responsible for onboarding, developing, and preparing new remote sales representatives for success in a high-performing, scripted, one-call-close phone sales environment. The Sales Trainer will take ownership of the existing training curriculum and ensure that new hires understand the organization’s products and services, sales process, scripts, systems, compliance expectations, objection-handling techniques, and closing methodology.
The Sales Trainer will manage the new-hire training experience and help ensure that representatives are properly prepared before and during their transition to the sales floor.
