What we need:

The Sales Training Specialist is an established performer that works to facilitate and support the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs in the sales organization. This role provides support to help identify and address sales training needs and support a culture of continuous learning.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales leadership, Human Resources, and other subject matter experts to create sales training content for sales teams and customers.
• Assist with developing and executing training modules for style guides, promotions, product education, newsletters, etc.
• Monitor content consumption and review data to prioritize reference and training content creation.
• Assist with conducting performance gap analyses to determine training and development priorities for achieving business goals.
• Assist with managing training content via internal and external systems including using multimedia formats, including, video, pdf, website, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, iBook, etc.
• Help structure and conduct onboarding activities and experiences for new hires.
• May deliver training content during in-person meetings, virtual meetings, or pre-recorded avenues as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

What else?

• Travel may be required up to 15% of the time.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
