Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Use Tax Consultant

• Prepare and electronically file monthly sales and use tax returns as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• 
  
• Review tax notices, communicate with taxing authorities, and assist with notice resolution as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• 
  
• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting tax workpapers as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• 
  
• Support licensing and compliance inquiries while maintaining accurate tax records and documentation as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant

• Monitor the tax inbox and assist with tax-related projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant

Qualifications for the Sales & Use Tax Consultant

• 1+ year of tax, accounting, or public accounting experience; sales and use tax experience preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
