Salesfloor Team Associate
A Salesfloor Team Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth on the sales floor. This role requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience
