Job Title : Salesforce Adaptive Analytics Engineer

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 7-15 Years

Location : Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and big data technologies.
  • Experience building AI-enabled analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and Customer 360 concepts.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Databricks certifications are a plus.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines integrating Salesforce data with Databricks and cloud platforms.
  • Develop adaptive analytics solutions for customer behavior analysis, forecasting, and AI-driven insights.
  • Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and related CRM systems.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
  • Create customer 360 views and unified business intelligence dashboards.
  • Develop predictive models and intelligent automation workflows using AI/ML technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs and connectors.
  • Collaborate with business teams, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization across platforms.
  • Support real-time and batch analytics processing for enterprise-scale datasets.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize analytics workflows and data integration processes.
  • Document technical architecture, workflows, and implementation processes.
