We're hiring a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own and manage the platform for a rapidly growing mid-size client!
What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: security models, permission sets, automation, objects, fields, and Lightning configuration
- Manage the FSC data model (accounts, households, relationships, financial accounts)
- Partner with integration teams on core integrations (data mapping, monitoring, reconciliation)
- Build dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Gather requirements directly from the business, not just executing tickets
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation
- Maintain documentation and controls supporting audit/regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration in production
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Comfort working with data integrations / ETL concepts
Bonus points:
- Financial Services Cloud, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications
- Experience in a regulated industry (banking, financial services) a plus
