Scope of the project:
As a Salesforce Administrator at the Department of Administration, you will play a pivotal role in the daily maintenance, enhancement, and integration of our Salesforce instance. You will be responsible for managing user changes, monitoring workflow queues, and performing various administrative functions to support our business operations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with external integrations, including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD, to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/Duties: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Education/Certifications: A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 5+ experience in Information Technology or related area. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. | CJIS Certification will be a requirement of employment, this training is based provided by the State of SC after a successful background check is completed. |
