Responsibilities & Objectives
As a leading supply chain SaaS company, Elemica relies on Salesforce & HubSpot as critical parts of our Go-to-Market technology stack, and we need a talented individual who can leverage the platforms to their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and proven ability to implement and optimize solutions.
What You'll Do
Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements; implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to Revenue Operations (routine pipeline reporting and ad hoc requests)
Ensure that Salesforce is properly set up to capture and report on critical data used for insight into key metrics for Revenue Operations
Administration of systems used by the sales organization: HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Bombora, SurveyMonkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Managing configuration changes and integration applications using APIs and middleware tools
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data governance and compliance
Provide training and support to end-users on functionality and best practices; serve as primary contract for technical troubleshooting, resolving user inquiries, and system errors
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and IT to gather requirements, implement solutions, and plan for scalability
Develop and maintain customer and prospect database to be used for territory management, target greenfield and whitespace opportunity
Assist with managing data & process integration for acquisitions
What You'll Need
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator inside a software company - supply chain, logistics, and/or SaaS highly preferred
Proven ability to leverage HubSpot GTM analytics and funnel reporting to identify revenue-driving trends across pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and sales performance; deliver actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy, optimize go-to-market strategy, and accelerate revenue growth
Mandatory - Salesforce Administration (ADM 201) and Agentforce certifications required
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent project management skills
Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions
Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity
Desire to work with a collaborative global team with teams in the USA, Germany, UK, Netherlands, and India.
