Salesforce Administrator

Description

PURPOSE

The Salesforce Administrator will work as a key team contributor to maintain and enhance our Salesforce environment. This person will serve as a technical resource for building functionality within Salesforce and integrating with other systems. This position will provide robust user support to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce by the CRCNA.

This position is full-time at 36 hours a week and offers a hybrid work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and three weeks of vacation.

Starting Salary: $55,679/year USD or $58,613/year CAD plus 10% Market Differential

Total Compensation: $61,247/year USD or $64,474/year CAD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports

  • Gather and translate user requirements into sustainable solutions with a quality user experience

  • Maintain Salesforce security configurations, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules

  • Develop and execute test plans and maintain robust change management practices

  • Champion user adoption of Salesforce by delivering clear training and communication about system functionality and changes

  • Spearhead data quality initiatives, developing processes and tools for data hygiene, and training users on good data practices

  • Support system integrations and third-party applications, including Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, Apsona, etc.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and integrations.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for platform enhancements.

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Advanced Salesforce product knowledge and significant hands-on Salesforce Administration experience are required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations is preferred.
