Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator supports the administration, configuration, maintenance, security, and ongoing optimization of the company's Salesforce Sales Cloud environment across multiple business divisions.
Working under the direction of the Salesforce Platform Owner, this role translates approved business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while providing day-to-day platform support and ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, licenses, security, and access.
Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, Flows, and other Salesforce automation.
Support Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Activity Capture, custom applications, and division-specific Salesforce processes.
Troubleshoot user issues, automation failures, production defects, and system configuration problems.
Support Salesforce integrations and coordinate technical troubleshooting with IT, developers, consultants, and third-party partners.
Monitor platform health, storage, archiving, automation performance, and other administrative controls.
Manage sandbox testing, deployments, release readiness, and configuration documentation.
Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend applicable platform improvements.
Support onboarding, user training, SOP development, and adoption of approved Salesforce processes.
Assist with platform enhancements and projects across Pro AV, Consumer, Appliances, and other supported business functions.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex Salesforce environment.
Experience with Salesforce Flow, security and access administration, Sales Cloud, reporting, and complex business processes.
Salesforce CPQ and integration experience strongly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and requirements analysis skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within established platform governance and architecture.
