Rate Range: $75-$75/Hr



Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
  • As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our business objectives.
  • Years of experience needed 5-10 years of experience on Salesforce CRM development & customizations
Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce service agents, conversational AI workflows, and generative AI integrations within Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.
  • Experience integrating Agentforce with CRM workflows, APIs, and external enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience with Aura, LWC, APEX, JavaScript, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools.
  • Experience on Integrations (API & Data)
  • Knowledge of tools used for build and deployment (CI/CD, Ant Script or any others)
  • Functional Knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good to have - Banking/Finance Domain Experience
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Agentforce-enabled AI solutions to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Build and configure AI-powered conversational agents, prompts, and workflows using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data privacy standards across Salesforce implementations.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and business processes within Salesforce.
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Web Components.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Understand complex data models, integrations, and customizations.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including query performance and data processing.
  • Implement best practices for data storage and retrieval.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Document processes and procedures for future reference and compliance.
  • Propose and implement new features and enhancements to improve Salesforce functionality and user experience.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement relevant updates
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, technical issues, and risk assessments.
Certifications Needed:
  • Salesforce AI Associate (preferred)
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist / Einstein certifications (good to have)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Consultant certifications
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (good to have)
