Job Summary:

Seeking for a Salesforce Application Architect to support the modernization and ongoing operations of critical Child Welfare and Hospital systems. These systems require high availability, scalability, and compliance with state and federal standards. The architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct org health checks and platform assessments.
• Participate in Design & Discovery sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions.
• Ensure secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) practices are followed.
• Support 24/7 operations of Tier 2 applications.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.

Primary Duties (80%):

• Design, develop, test, and document technical software solutions.
• Lead development of software applications and services.
• Coordinate integration of systems within the business area and external partners.
• Design and implement application security.
• Review and approve technical design strategies or applications.

Primary Duties (15%):

• Provide technical leadership to the application development team.
• Ensure compliance with ECM standards and procedures.
• Make technical recommendations for changes to the Bridges application.
• Plan for coordination, development, testing, and integration of systems and data.

Primary Duties (5%):

• Research and evaluate relevant technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programming techniques.
• Recommend configuration management tool best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience within Agile development environments.
• 5 years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Salesforce certification required.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise-level implementations.
• Database-related certifications.
