About Position: This position is for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who will lead the design and delivery of end?to?end Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Work hands-on with Salesforce APEX, LWC, Triggers, and integrations. Guide development teams and resolve Salesforce technical issues quickly. Proactively identify improvements needed in the existing system, including performance enhancement and API response time reduction. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and integration. Review and improve Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations. Ensure high test class coverage and adherence to Salesforce coding standards. Identify and remediate areas of technical debt. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and SOQL. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt. Salesforce certifications such as PD1, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Health Check and performance monitoring tools.
