About Position: This position is for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who will lead the design and delivery of end?to?end Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. The role requires deep hands?on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Triggers, combined with strong architectural thinking, team leadership, and the ability to solve complex technical issues quickly. The architect will play a critical role in enhancing system performance, reducing technical debt, and ensuring scalable, reliable, and high?quality Salesforce implementations. Role: Salesforce Architect Location: Brentwood, TN Experience: 12 to 15 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Work hands-on with Salesforce APEX, LWC, Triggers, and integrations. Guide development teams and resolve Salesforce technical issues quickly. Proactively identify improvements needed in the existing system, including performance enhancement and API response time reduction. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and integration. Review and improve Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations. Ensure high test class coverage and adherence to Salesforce coding standards. Identify and remediate areas of technical debt. Monitor application performance and proactively address bottlenecks. Implement tools and strategies for performance tuning and optimization. Ensure system reliability and scalability. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and admins. Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews. Lead technical workshops and solutioning sessions. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and SOQL. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt. Salesforce certifications such as PD1, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Health Check and performance monitoring tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
