Client is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and technical strategy for Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementations. You'll oversee end-to-end CRM technical solutions, custom development, systems integrations, and third-party applications. This role is hands-on, requiring both technical leadership and execution to drive CRM platform innovation.
Serve as the Technical Solution Lead for the CRM platform.
Own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations (code, integrations, AppExchange products).
Design scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business and technical needs.
Develop Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API integrations.
Guide platform vision and identify business process improvements.
Manage system integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Provide mentorship to technical team members and participate in hiring/vendor selection.
Collaborate with senior leadership, translating complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Perform hands-on configuration and development when needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
10 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
2 years developing System Architecture Documents.
Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Proficiency in APEX, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, Force.com.
Experience with Salesforce DX, ANT, Metadata API, Jenkins, SVN.
Strong API integration skills (REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Heroku, Einstein Analytics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
