Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Design: Mapping complex business requirements to Salesforce capabilities to create cohesive multi-cloud architectures.
Data & Security: Designing secure data models, access controls, and identity management protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Technical Governance: Establishing release management rules, guiding development teams, and minimizing "technical debt" (costly, hard-to-maintain code) as the user base grows.
Stakeholder Alignment: Translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for executives, ensuring organizational buy-in for new implementations
