Job Description

looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Salesforce architecture, integrations, data, security, automation, and development, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define Salesforce architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Lead solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and detailed solution designs.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Define data models, data migration strategies, data governance, and data quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementations to ensure quality and scalability.
• Identify performance, scalability, and technical debt issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, product owners, and enterprise architects.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, integration, modernization, and migration initiatives.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical team members.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise application design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, and access-control mechanisms.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skill
