Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Sales Cloud to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, overseeing integrations with enterprise systems, driving technical discovery workshops, and leading demo/proof-of-concept applications aligned with business objectives.

The role requires deep technical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem along with strong stakeholder management, architecture governance, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Architecture

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution blueprints.
  • Drive architecture reviews, solution governance, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Revenue Cloud / CPQ Leadership

  • Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ solutions.
  • Architect complex product configuration, pricing models, quoting workflows, contract lifecycle, and subscription management solutions.
  • Design automated quote-to-cash and order-to-cash processes.
  • Provide guidance on product catalog management, pricing strategies, approvals, renewals, and billing integrations.

Sales Cloud Expertise

  • Architect scalable Sales Cloud solutions supporting lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Optimize sales processes through automation, workflows, AI capabilities, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve sales operations and customer experience.

Integration Architecture & Enterprise Systems

  • Own and oversee all integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
  • Design integration strategies involving ERP, Finance, Billing, Data Warehouse, Middleware, Marketing, and third-party applications.
  • Define APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Ensure integration scalability, reliability, monitoring, and security compliance.
  • Work closely with enterprise integration teams and external vendors.

Discovery, Consulting & Demo Applications

  • Lead client discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and architecture discussions.
  • Drive capability demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and demo applications for business stakeholders.
  • Present technical solutions and architecture recommendations to leadership teams and customers.
  • Provide strategic consulting on Salesforce roadmap, platform capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor developers, administrators, consultants, and technical leads.
  • Establish coding standards, DevOps processes, release management, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Support estimation, technical planning, and delivery governance.
  • Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and data models.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architectural standards.
  • Drive platform optimization, scalability, and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong experience in Salesforce integration architecture and enterprise system connectivity.
  • Expertise in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs
  • REST/SOAP services
  • Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture patterns and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops and demo/POC development.
  • Ability to work with global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Accreditation preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
