We are seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Architect & Technical Lead with 15 20 years of IT experience to join our enterprise team in Plano, TX. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will drive the architectural vision and execution of large-scale Salesforce ecosystems.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across Salesforce Customer 360, Data Cloud, and modern integration patterns. You will design innovative, headless Salesforce solutions, lead cross-cloud data orchestration strategies, and leverage next-generation AI automation platforms like Agentforce and Einstein AI to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.

• Architectural Leadership: Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce architectures, robust security structures, and foundational enterprise integration patterns.

• Core Technical Design: Deliver expert technical designs and code reviews utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, and Event-Driven Architectures.

• Headless & Digital Integration: Design cutting-edge Headless Salesforce solutions using high-performance APIs and external digital experience layers.

• Data Orchestration & Cloud Strategy: Oversee Data Cloud strategies, Customer Identity implementations, Customer 360 initiatives, and complex cross-cloud data orchestration.

• Middleware & API Management: Lead system integration strategies using MuleSoft, enterprise middleware technologies, and API management platforms (REST/SOAP).

• AI Innovation: Evaluate and incorporate Agentforce, Einstein AI, AI-driven automation, and emerging Salesforce roadmap initiatives into the enterprise landscape.

• Enterprise DevOps & Agile Delivery: Establish and mature CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale deployments within Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.

• Overall IT Tenure: 15 to 20 years of progressive IT experience.

• Salesforce Core: 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Architecture & Security: Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Customer 360, data models, and enterprise security architecture.

• Development & Messaging: Expert-level mastery of Apex, LWC, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, and Event-Driven Integration Patterns.

• Modern Cloud Capabilities: Practical understanding of Data Cloud, Customer Identity, and complex cross-cloud data orchestration.

• Middleware: Strong experience with MuleSoft, middleware tools, and API management.

• Next-Gen AI & Tech: Direct exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, and AI-driven automation workflows.

• Delivery Methodologies: Solid background in CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and Agile/SAFe enterprise deployment models.
