Role description

Job Title : Playwright Automation QA Lead

Location USA - Remote

Experience 10 to 15 Years

Technical Skills Primary

Must have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teams

Good to have Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality

Good to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM

Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing

Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables

Identify document and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards

Analyze test results and prepare clear insightful test reports for stakeholders

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage

Utilize Salesforce test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency

Stay updated with the latest automation salesforce enhancements and testing techniques

Roles and responsibilities

Lead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications

Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using Playwright or similar tools

Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones

Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill development

Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope

Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication

Drive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and execution

Conduct regression integration system and UAT testing as required

Provide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
