Job Description:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with Truist's strategic business objectives and customer experience goals.
Salesforce Platform Delivery- Support implementation and enhancement efforts across Salesforce platforms, including:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud (preferred)
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, Administrators, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review solution designs to ensure business requirements are accurately represented.
- Assist in prioritization and management of Salesforce product backlogs.
Banking & Financial Services Operations- Work closely with Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, and Lending teams.
- Understand customer onboarding, account servicing, relationship management, sales lifecycle, and client support processes.
- Support initiatives related to customer 360, CRM modernization, digital banking, and operational transformation.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management standards, and internal governance requirements.
Data & Reporting- Analyze customer, account, and operational data within Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Support data mapping, migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Develop business requirements for dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Partner with data and integration teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
