Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst

Rate Range: $35 - $46/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on Salesforce solutions and CRM process optimization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience in Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Proficiency in process optimization and automation using Salesforce tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
- Strong background in managing Agile delivery, maintaining BRD/FSD, and overseeing UAT.
- Prior work experience in a similar industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in data modeling and integrations.
- Skills in reporting/dashboard creation and change management.
- Salesforce Administration and Functional Design experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize CRM processes and ensure compliance with platform limits.
- Manage Agile delivery and oversee feature testing and documentation.
- Support user training, adoption, and post-implementation improvements.
