Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology and experience in Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will be local to Dallas and possess the necessary certifications and experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Local to Dallas and able to work in the office.
  • Sales and service certifications required.
  • FSC certification preferred.
  • Banking and financial services experience is preferred.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Working knowledge in data migration and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience executing quick POC.
  • Ability to write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud.
  • Hands-on work with existing Salesforce implementation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing.
  • Experience leading executive discovery sessions.
  • Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs.
  • Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com.
  • Create documentation associated with Salesforce projects.
  • Actively coordinate and participate in SIT and UAT.
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Onsite-offshore coordination.
  • Report regular progress on projects.
  • Develop testing and training strategies.
