Hands on admin and developer
Salesforce Business Applications Developer – responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud).
Core Technical Skills (Primary): Strong expertise in Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud configuration, and Git-based CI/CD deployment (Gearset/GitHub).

Integration & Data Management: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/middleware, and performing data migration using tools like Data Loader.
Security & Platform Management: Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, field-level security, troubleshoot break/fix issues, optimize performance, and maintain platform health.
Experience Requirements: 5+ years Sales Cloud development, 2+ years Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (required).

Preferred/Secondary Skills: Salesforce Admin Certification, Einstein Analytics, B2B Commerce (CloudCraze), Salesforce CPQ, Python scripting, and integration experience.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, support UAT/testing, and communicate project updates to leadership.
Work Conditions & Eligibility: Onsite role (5 days/week) in Milpitas, CA, collaborate with global teams (US/India/Europe), must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
