Salesforce Business/ System Analyst (Bay Area - United States)

We're looking for a Senior Business/System Analyst to drive requirements gathering and process optimization for a Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition project at a leading technology company. Based in the US, you'll focus on discovering, documenting, and mapping existing and target quotes configuration processes, identifying AI-driven improvements, and ensuring the RCA solution meets business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops, interviews, and benchmarking sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document current CPQ processes and future RCA requirements.
  
• Analyze end-to-end business processes for quotes management, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, AI integration, and enhancements.
  
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user stories, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
  
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and AI SMEs to align requirements with RCA capabilities, such as Flow Designer and Agentforce.
  
• Support solution design by validating requirements against business objectives and facilitating iterative feedback.
  
• Identify risks in process transitions and recommend mitigations to ensure seamless migration.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to benchmark CPQ implementations and design optimized RCA workflows.
  
• Provide senior-level insights on process improvements, leveraging generative AI for acceleration in requirements refinement.
  
• Document and maintain requirements artifacts for traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Act as a bridge between US-based stakeholders and global delivery teams.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years as a Business or System Analyst in technology/software environments, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce projects.
  
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce CPQ concepts and revenue management; experience with RCA is a significant plus.
  
• Expertise in analytical tools, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), and requirements management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  
• Proven ability to identify AI opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
  
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in distributed teams.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications like CBAP or Salesforce Business Analyst preferred.
  
• US work authorization required; remote/hybrid options with preference for East Coast time zones.
