Job Description
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or senior technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud / Energy Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, development patterns, security, performance, and scalability.
- Experience designing enterprise Salesforce integration solutions.
- Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or comparable enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with ETL tools, web services, APIs, enterprise data platforms, and integration patterns.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling, solution architecture, and platform governance.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git or comparable source-control technologies, automated deployments, and release management.
- Experience with Copado DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, access controls, sharing models, compliance, and data protection.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate architecture and technical concepts clearly to executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
Required Salesforce Certifications
Candidates should possess relevant Salesforce architecture and development certifications, preferably including:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
