**Responsibilities**
+ Work with clients to understand business challenges and apply a consultative selling approach to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences, MedTech and healthcare
+ Integration of industry trends, emerging technologies and digital strategies into client solutions to ensure innovative and relevant offerings
+ Partner with sales leadership to forecast and model team performance across vertical territories and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
+ Collaboration with alliances and the Salesforce channel to design and execute a robust GTM strategy and foster joint business development initiatives
+ Assess sales activities across accounts and implement best practices to optimize team performance, enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of five years of experience in sales or alliances within Salesforce services
+ Minimum of seven years of experience in enterprise technology and the channel ecosystem with a proven track record in Solution Integration (SI) sales
+ Clear communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
+ Demonstrated success in relationship management, business development and oversight of pipeline and sales processes
+ Self-directed approach to work with a focus on results and exceeding goals
+ Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities
+ Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with clients and partners

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $223,000.
