Position Overview
The Salesforce Health Cloud Developer will design, develop, and support Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare and government programs. This role focuses on custom development, integrations, workflow automation, and secure, scalable solutions that improve healthcare operations and user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Build and maintain secure REST API integrations with healthcare and enterprise systems.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare security and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
• Experience designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or government environments.
• Experience integrating EHR/EMR or other healthcare systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
