alcohol consumption, and live healthier and happier lives. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to
join our rapidly growing team. Ria Health, recognized as the leading national telehealth provider
specializing in alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment, recently raised $18 million in Series A led by
SV Health Investors, LLC. The investment will further the momentum of commercial partnerships
that include regional and national health plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield,
UnitedHealth Group Optum, Beacon Health Options, Highmark Health, and Magellan Health.

the standard for effectiveness in alcohol treatment. The Ria program is delivered through
telehealth and by a care team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Coaches with clinical
expertise to manage care and outcomes for Ria Health members.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Salesforce Consultant to support the optimization, administration, and ongoing development of our Salesforce environment.
You'll work closely with our team to ensure our CRM is configured to support business goals, improve workflows, and drive efficiency across departments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards)
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement solutions within Salesforce
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests from internal stakeholders
- Assist with data management including imports, deduplication, and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Lightning components
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
- Experience with Flow, Process Builder, or Apex (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
