Salesforce CPQ Architect WITH CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

Job Description:

Experience in Salesforce CPQ concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and integrations

Experience in CPQ consulting, integration with Sales Cloud, task management, workflow management, pricing, and quote process

Responsible for data architecture, data modeling, taxonomy set up, code review, sprint story estimation

At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred.

Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements

Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform. Review and approve data model for the project

Experience in enabling guided selling processes for channel partners and customers

Ability to design propensity models to enable cross-sell / up-sell

Define conceptual architecture and design for solutions considering architecture best practices, client IT landscape and technology trends.

Guide technical teams in design and implementation

Configure and develop best-in-class CPQ proof of concepts, working demos and solution accelerators

Function as CPQ architect with experience in the following:

o Hands-On with experience on end to end CPQ implementations covering both B2B and B2C

o Experience in Integration with SAP/Oracle and other ERPs a must. Experience with Data hub will be a plus

o Experience in delivering end-to-end CPQ implementation business blueprinting, design and configuration, guiding technology and UI/UX teams, user acceptance testing and global rollouts

o Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred

o Exposure to CPQ implementation in agile methodology

o Strong understanding of B2C and B2B CPQ best practices, use cases, architecture principles

o Exposure to integration patterns/mechanism for leading CPQ products

o Experience with SOAP and REST specifically, OCC API experience, Integration with CMS like Adobe AEM or Drupal

Responsibilities:

Define architecture and Design

Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements

Architect a solution for optimal performance, scalability, maintainability, and reuse

Recommend the data migration strategy, considerations, and appropriate tools to use Experience in technology transformation, design principles, integration patterns, architecture considerations and development guidelines

Describe the applicable design considerations and trade-offs when working within the constraints of the platform and data volumes

Contribute in presales and sales activities for CPQ - RFP responses, proactive outreach, point of view and proof of concept demonstrations

Lead teams in technical projects

Ready to travel as per project needs

Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovation. Ability to lead Technical discussions during workshops.

Be a single point of contact for the Customer, covering technical aspects of the entire solution

Qualifications:

Experience in B2B/B2C CPQ and Channel Experience

Certification in any of the leading CPQ product suites

Knowledge of various enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
