Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) experience as a Lead for at least 3 end-to-end implementations
Stakeholder management and cross functional team collaboration for design and solution discussions.
Thorough understanding of limitations with CRMA implementations and possible real-time workarounds.
Strong foundational understanding and experience with CRMA Architecture.
Must be certified at least 1 certification
oSalesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)
oSalesforce Certified Administrator
Strong experience in data modeling, SOQL, Apex, and Salesforce Lightning.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL technologies.
Experience in building complex dashboards and data visualizations using Salesforce Analytics or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

oDesign, build, and maintain custom analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).
oDevelop interactive dashboards, datasets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
oEnsure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in CRM analytics reporting.
