Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Implementation Consultant – Marketing. This role supports a large healthcare system implementing Salesforce Data 360 to unify and activate marketing data. Partner with marketing, data engineering, security, and implementation teams to deliver secure Zero Copy connectivity, trusted customer profiles, and actionable audience segmentation.Qualified candiates must have experince implementing Saleforce Data Cloud in a Healthcare system (Hospital or University Hospital). 

What You Bring to the Role. Required experience:

• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 implementation experience, including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
• Experience designing Salesforce Zero Copy integrations and federated data access with supported cloud data platforms; ability to assess connector capabilities, latency, and governance.
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration experience, including audience activation, campaign journeys, consent preferences, and marketing measurement.
• Experience integrating enterprise CRM and healthcare data sources; familiarity with Epic-derived data, HIPAA, patient privacy, and healthcare marketing consent requirements preferred.
• Strong SQL, data mapping, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills; Salesforce Data Cloud certification preferred.

What You'll Do.

• Configure Salesforce Data 360 environments, data ingestion and Zero Copy connections; map source data to the Salesforce data model and validate data quality.
• Implement identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, and audience segments aligned with hospital marketing and patient-engagement use cases.
• Connect approved segments and insights to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related activation channels; test journeys, refresh behavior, and campaign performance.
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to enforce access controls, consent restrictions, minimum-necessary data use, and HIPAA-aligned workflows.
• Lead integration testing, troubleshoot data and activation issues, document architecture and operating procedures, and train internal teams for production handoff.

Compensation Information

Market rate depending on experience and qualifications. This is a preliminary recruiting estimate and should be confirmed before posting. Eligible benefits are subject to TalentFish plan terms. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
