Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Technical Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and enterprise-scale data migration programs.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading complex CRM, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Customer 360 data programs and a strong understanding of the Salesforce FSC data model.

This role will lead data migration strategy, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, governance, and integration activities across multiple source systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce data migration initiatives involving complex CRM, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Customer 360 data.
• Define and implement data migration strategies for Salesforce FSC.
• Analyze and map data from multiple source platforms, including custom applications, CRM, wealth management, insurance administration, client management, and advisor systems.
• Develop migration approaches involving APIs, batch feeds, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Work with business and technical teams to define source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules.
• Establish migration volumetrics, data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks.
• Identify and resolve data quality, mapping, transformation, and migration issues.
• Establish and support data governance models and enterprise data operating models.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, data architects, engineering teams, data owners, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive critical data decisions and communicate migration risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support migration planning, mock migrations, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and post-migration validation.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale CRM, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Customer 360 data programs.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data architecture and data model.
• Proven experience leading complex data migration programs into Salesforce.
• Experience migrating data from multiple legacy and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC customer and financial-services data domains.
• Experience defining migration strategies across multiple source systems.
• Experience working with APIs, batch feeds, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong experience with migration volumetrics, reconciliation, data quality, and governance.
• Ability to work effectively with business executives, data owners, architects, engineering teams, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation experience.
• Wealth Management or Insurance industry experience.
• Customer 360 transformation experience.
• Large-scale Salesforce migration and integration programs.
• Experience with complex legacy-system modernization.
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance and operating models.
