Position: Salesforce Data Quality & Deduplication Lead

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Quality & Deduplication Lead to drive Salesforce data quality initiatives across our Sales Cloud and Health Cloud environments.
- This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce data models, data governance, matching and merging strategies, deduplication frameworks, and Salesforce integration patterns.
Required Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Account, Lead, Contact, Opportunity, and related object data models.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce record relationships, sharing models, and data architecture.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Data Architect, Data Steward, or Data Quality Lead.
- Advanced proficiency in SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, data cleansing, deduplication, and record merge processes.
- Good understanding of Apex and Batch Apex development.
- Experience designing and implementing matching, scoring, survivorship, and merge rules.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data synchronization patterns.
- Experience with custom objects, automation, workflows, flows, and platform events.
- Strong ETL and data integration experience using tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, SSIS, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience with both real-time and batch integrations.
- Ability to independently analyze, document, articulate findings, and present executive-level recommendations.
- Ability to assess business impact and recommend optimal remediation strategies.

Salesforce Data Quality Assessment:
- Comprehensive Salesforce Data Quality Assessment Report.
- Current-state analysis documenting duplicate trends, root causes, affected objects, and associated business impacts.
Data Remediation Strategy:
- Historical data remediation strategy, including recommended:
- Matching rules
- Scoring rules
- Survivorship rules
- Merge processes and governance
Future-State Operating Model:
- Ongoing duplicate detection and prevention framework.
- Daily merge processing and data stewardship processes.
- Data quality governance recommendations.
Solution Architecture & Technical Recommendations:
- Recommendations covering:
- Salesforce native capabilities
- Apex-based solutions
- ETL and batch-processing approaches
- Integration and event-driven publishing mechanisms
Implementation Roadmap:
- Effort estimation
- Risk assessment
- Implementation roadmap outlining the recommended path forward
Documentation:
- Complete documentation of all research, analysis, findings, and recommendations suitable for both technical and business stakeholders.
Main Improvements:
- Corrected grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.
- Standardized Salesforce terminology and technical skill descriptions.
- Improved readability with clear sections and deliverables.
- Enhanced professionalism and consistency for client-facing use.
