How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Drive Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Own code quality, technical documentation, and development standards
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance, automation, and user experience

Are You an Experienced Salesforce Development SME Ready to Make an Impact?

• 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Background leading Salesforce development initiatives or acting as technical owner
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
