Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Customization, and Omni/OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will support Salesforce initiatives involving Contact Center and AWS upgrades, integrations, and enterprise application enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex development.

• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.

• Experience with Omni / OmniStudio, including OmniScripts and related components.

• Experience supporting Salesforce Contact Center initiatives and AWS upgrades.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and external system integrations.

• Good understanding of Salesforce data model design, relationships, objects, and data architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, coding best practices, and debugging/troubleshooting.

• Experience working collaboratively with dependent teams and cross-functional technical teams.

• Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot, for coding, debugging, and solution design.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Omni/OmniStudio.

• Support Contact Center and AWS upgrade activities and troubleshoot issues across dependent systems.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

• Analyze and resolve complex Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.

• Follow Salesforce governor limits, security standards, coding best practices, and development guidelines.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, business teams, and other dependent teams.

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity while maintaining code quality.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.

• Work independently and take ownership of assigned technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus.

• Experience with Service Cloud / Contact Center implementations.

• Experience with AWS Connect or AWS services is highly desirable.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
