Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in
designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The
ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning technologies, and
integrations, along with a solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and cross
functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable Salesforce
solutions. The position emphasizes system design, integration architecture, performance
optimization, and long-term platform scalability.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Customize Salesforce applications including objects, workflows, validation rules,
and automation.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems such as NetSuite and
MuleSoft using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional
requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Support CI/CD processes, release management, and DevOps activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce platform issues.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, enhancements, and
integrations.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills
• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and Salesforce governor limits.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into
solutions.

Preferred Skills
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.).
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration strategies.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite).

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or
related field.
