Position: Salesforce Developer (Mid–Senior Level)
Experience: 7–10 Years Professional Experience
Focus: AI-First Transformation, Lightning Platform, & Marketing Cloud
Education: BE, B Tech, or MCA required
In this role, you aren't just a coder; you're the engine behind high-quality deliverables. You’ll be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering excellence while staying hungry for the next big thing in tech.
Platform Mastery: Leverage deep expertise within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
Strategic Delivery: Use rapid prototyping to envision challenges and propose credible solutions to "unsolvable" problems.
Execution: Bring strong project management skills to the table to hit every milestone on time.
Collaborate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional, high-energy teams in a dynamic environment.
We need a developer who knows the Salesforce ecosystem inside and out. If you’ve got experience in the Financial Industry, that’s a massive plus.
Core Coding & Data:
Apex Prowess: Ability to write clean, flexible, and maintainable Apex code, including test classes and scripts.
Web Tech: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Data & Integration: Basic knowledge of 3rd party vendor integrations and RESTful APIs.
Database Skills: Strong command of SQL, SOQL, Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.
DevOps & SDLC:
Methodology: Deep familiarity with Agile and DevOps best practices.
CI/CD: You should be able to set up a fully functional CI/CD pipeline using GIT and SFDX.
Hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud.
Advanced experience with Marketing Cloud.
A passion for Ethical AI and transparency.
