Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce developer for a Contract with a client in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, custom applications, and integrations to meet business and operational requirements.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Build and enhance custom business logic, integrations, automation processes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and REST-based services.

• Develop and support Lightning Web Components, custom user interfaces, and Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, queries, security controls, sharing rules, and access management configurations.

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to evaluate requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support deployments, and maintain technical documentation following Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and enterprise application integration.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Jobs, and Salesforce security models.

• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, Git-based development, Salesforce CLI, deployment processes, and implementing scalable solutions using both declarative and programmatic capabilities.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $53.00 per hour
