Required Qualifications:

● Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and development best practices.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Salesforce solutions from concept through deployment.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.

● Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities
● Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
● Architect high-quality, scalable, and robust systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements.
● Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
● Write robust code with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability, while following Salesforce best practices.
● Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
● Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and middleware tools.
● Conduct code reviews to ensure that best practices are followed and that code is optimized for performance.
● Lead the effort in automated testing, including unit tests and end-to-end testing, ensuring high code coverage and application stability.
● Manage deployment processes, including the use of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
● Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
● Occasionally perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as configuring and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, and automating business processes through Flows to support the broader team.
● Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies.
