Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in enterprise Salesforce development and programmatic platform architecture.
- Proficiency in Apex development including asynchronous operations, batch processing, and bulkified triggers.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced Salesforce Flows declarative tools.
- Experience in enterprise event-driven integrations utilizing Platform Events and Salesforce Event Relay.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), role-based security configurations, and SOX compliance audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Apex and Lightning Web Components solutions for enterprise applications.
- Optimize custom code and SOQL queries to adhere strictly to multi-tenant platform governor limits.
- Configure event-driven integrations leveraging Platform Events and Event Relay to streamline data flows.
- Maintain Master Data Management architectures supporting high-volume location and supply chain datasets.
- Execute source-driven development releases and automated deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and Git.
- Enforce platform security models, field-level permissions, and SOX audit compliance governance.
- Mentor engineering team members and evaluate trade-offs between custom Apex and declarative solutions.
