Salesforce Developer (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior)

About the Role
Stealth Solutions is a federal systems integrator delivering Salesforce solutions for government clients. We are hiring several Salesforce Developers at the junior, mid, and senior levels to design, build, test, and deploy secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The right candidates write clean, well-tested Apex and Lightning Web Components, know when Flow is a better answer than code, and work carefully in an environment where security controls, client review, and accuracy matter.
This is a fully remote position.
Working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time,
Monday through Friday, regardless of where in the U.S. you live.
The responsibilities and qualifications below apply to all levels unless noted. The Levels section describes what differs.
Levels
Junior Developer- 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce development, which may include internships, apprenticeships, or substantial project work
- Builds well-defined user stories under the guidance of a senior developer
- Writes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and test classes to the team’s standards
- Learns the team’s source control, review, and deployment process
- Earning the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is an expected development milestone in this role
Mid-Level Developer- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including code you wrote that was deployed to production
- Owns stories from technical design through deployment with minimal supervision
- Builds moderately complex features, integrations, and data migration components
- Participates actively in code reviews and helps junior developers through them
Senior Developer- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including leading technical delivery on at least one production implementation
- Leads technical design for complex features in partnership with the technical architect
- Sets and enforces coding, testing, and security standards through code review
- Mentors junior and mid-level developers
- Plans deployments and designs integration and data migration approaches
Required Qualifications- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience appropriate to the level (see Levels)
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
- Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a distributed, cross-functional team, and to work independently at the mid and senior levels
Required Certifications- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (formerly Platform Developer I): required at hire for mid-level and senior candidates; junior candidates must earn it within six months of their start date
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (strongly preferred for senior candidates)
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
- Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
