Experience:

10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.

Salesforce Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)

Role Descriptions:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end design| development| and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions spanning Service Cloud and Community Experience Cloud.

Define and govern technical architecture decisions| ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices| Apex design parameters| governor limits| and shared platform standards.

Translate complex business requirements into well-architected| scalable solutions that maximize platform value.

Own technical configuration| customization| and development using Apex| LWC| HTMLCSS| and JavaScript.

Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via RESTSOAP APIs| Boomi middleware| SSO solutions.

Ensure integration patterns are performant| fault-tolerant| and aligned with enterprise security standards ( HIPAA| OAuth| OKTA SSO| SailPoint IIQ).

Drive adEligible to workion of API governance tools ( APIGEE) and event-driven patterns (Kafka) where applicable.

Lead technical planning| estimation| and sprint execution in collaboration with QA| DevOps| and release teams to ensure high-quality| timely deployments. Drive troubleshooting and root-cause resolution of complex production issues| performance bottlenecks| and integration failures.

Participate in code reviews and enforce code governance standards across the development team.

Support Salesforce automation| CRM| and help desk solution delivery across multiple pharmaceutical client programs.

Serve as a key subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce platform questions across the organization and client teams. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
