" Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
" Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
" Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems
" Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
" Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
" Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
" Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments
" Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
" Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
" Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage salesforce administration tasks including user management, security configurations, data management, and customization.
2. Develop and implement salesforce apex code for customization and enhancements.
3. Design and implement salesforce lightning components and features to improve user experience and productivity.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in salesforce solution design.
5. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth operation of salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on salesforce development best practices.
