Pay Rate - $60.00 - 65.00/hr ON W2/ C2C (All Inclusive)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical design. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, and custom applications while working closely with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders. Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external/core banking systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and access models.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution planning.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, architecture principles, and industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design and documentation.
• Support Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations and customer-facing solutions.
• Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities where applicable to improve customer and business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development and technical design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and access controls.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and debugging skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and technical leadership capabilities.

BFSI Domain Experience

Experience with Salesforce solutions supporting BFSI processes such as:

• Retail and commercial banking workflows.
• Customer onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
• Loan origination, mortgage lifecycle, and underwriting.
• Customer service, case management, disputes, and service requests.
• Risk assessment, fraud monitoring, regulatory compliance, audit, and data governance.
• Banking products including deposits, credit cards, loans, and mortgages.
• Customer 360 solutions for financial advisors.
• Service Cloud solutions for banking contact centers.
• Lead-to-Opportunity processes for financial products.
• Integration with core banking systems.
