We're seeking a Salesforce Developer (3+ years of experience) to support our experienced Salesforce developer and help execute a growing backlog of platform enhancements. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands‑on development, and wants mentorship while contributing meaningful work.
You'll work across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Apex/LWC components. Experience with Tableau Next or modern analytics tooling is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development- Build and modify Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and flows.
Platform Configuration- Create/update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flow automation.
Backlog Execution- Own small to medium development tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
Bug Investigation- Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes.
Release Support- Assist with deployments, version control, and environment coordination.
Documentation- Maintain technical notes, change logs, and configuration documentation.
Cross‑Team Collaboration- Work with admins, business teams, and analytics partners to understand requirements.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields from four-year College or University.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) (Required)
